The G.O.A.L.S. Program

without comments

Here is a way to keep yourself on track. Do this daily when you get up.

G – Write down your top GOALS from memory. Don’t refer to a written list. The goals may vary from day to day, but after a while this process will clarify what is most important right now in terms of your goals.

O – Write down some OBSERVATIONS that you have had recently. In general, write down at least two observations: something that you did well, and something you can improve upon.

A – Write down an AUTOPILOT suggestion. Put your subconscious on autopilot by writing down ten times your top goal, in terms of a positive affirmation, e.g. ” I now weigh 150 lbs. ” or the like.

L – Write down the LIST of things you want to do today and order them in terms of importance. This typically is 5 or 6 items.

S – Write down your SCHEDULE for today.
